The History

Incision on the stone reads "LA FATTA FILIPO DETO VANI DA RIPAVELA 1601". 1601 marks the beginning of the history of the farm, a "Podere" around which in the past the rural life of the community around the "Podere le Corone". The walls are still imbued with the charm of a place that has seen the changing seasons, men, scenarios, but which has remained constant over time their charismatic but discreet presence in this context, as an old and wise observer. In 1994, the property was purchased by our family that came from Sicily, remained haunted by the landscapes of the Umbrian countryside, muted colors and, at the same time, intense emotions as if they were the embodiment of an impressionist painting. Since that time, it began a new path, marked by attention to detail and all harmony with the surrounding nature, which led it today to be a charming residence and an ideal setting for a safe emotional impact events.
